At last, premier day (last friday) for this season. Ice gone, birds beginning to arrive, air temp at 3C, water temp cold, but not too cold.

Those water level shots are really very special and the light is beautiful.

Yeah, the dry suit keeps me dry, but my feet are still cold as hell haha :-)
Many thanks Jimmy! Beside getting that low angle, you get to see things not easy otherwise. Like birds landing on top of the hide, or trying to - like a heron once - according to my wife that saw it how it at last second turned away.
