55 years ago I would pick these for 25¢ per flat. Now I'm wondering when the birds will get this one.

I am sure that the birds in our garden watch for the strawberries ripening more than I do 😀 Just when they are getting ripe the birds pounce nets don't seem to bother them. Heck one year my daughters Labrador pup at the time ate half the crop
