Just a test thread to see if I can post an image:
Taken with Voigtlander D 35mm f/1.2 Nokton Lens on Zfc
I'm really loving how this manual lens pairs with the Zfc.
How do you like the lens? I've been thinking of getting the f/1.0 version!
I'm genuinely loving it so far. It's certainly a different experience to my Z lenses, but the manual controls and focus really give that traditional feel when shooting, and it's great having the aperture wheel directly on the lens. It’s pretty compact too which is a plus.
It really pairs well with the Zfc in recreating a more traditional experience when shooting. An absolute joy to shoot with, just feels right.
The ring controls feel secure and are a pleasure to work with. Definitely still learning a lot about what I can achieve with it, It may not be as tack sharp wide open as a Z lens is at 1.2, (I don't own one to compare my fastest Z lens currently is the 28mm 2.8) but there's a really unique almost "glowly" feel to shots that are wide open, and once you step down a bit it's as sharp as anything. Here’s a few more snaps I’ve taken with it so far:
Haven’t been able to play with it as much as I would have liked, been pretty unwell :( but health is starting to improve so very much looking forward to getting out and about soon for more shots :)
I can only imagine how brilliant the F1.0 would be :D
I've got to say, I didn't initially expand any of the images - but I did for the flower shot and - whoa. Really nice light / colors.

thanks :) I'm really pleased with the lens so far, looking forward to getting out and about with it a bit more this spring.
