All-in-one lens options for MZ-M

Hi All,
Wondering if the Tamron 28-300 version A010 (with vibration control) was ever released for Pentax cameras. I want to start using my old MZ-M film camera again and was looking for an all-in-one lens. Appreciate your advice, thanks!
