(Almost) completely out of focus shots!

Does just out of focus count? Posted because I actually like this shot even though I wish it was in focus...

Was trying to capture the ripple interference patterns in a creek but low light meant too slow ss. Some throwaways have found a home in this thread...

I did this shot early in the morning with in mind this OOF thread.

§§ the insane of that shot is I was able to focus on the reflection instead of the water's surface...
... and to keep it crisp I used 1/1250

10° and nothing in sight, no insects, no birds....
...but I have a lot of keepers of the roof works of the farm reflected !! 😂

When this gets compressed, there's a very different feel to this image.

Kinda cheating the spirit of things here I think, but it's what I got.

I was thinking about this thread while on holiday last week and started to play with the idea a bit.

Here are two shots, as taken with the camera:
- one completely reduced to just colourful patches of "out of focus" light
- the original scene all in-focus :-)
