all i know is i have no idea where or when i have posted or even what threads i have read. but it sure makes for some interesting discussions 😁 im sure it will be resolved asap . theres alot of action on these forums compared to others now.

Agreed. But there would be a lot more if we got notified when your posts were replied to.

Notified how? The forum doesn't currently have a notification icon, it's been discussed before. There is an option for email notifications, but you need to turn that on in your forum options, there were email issues but I think that was resolved.
Personally, I start each visit to DPRev by going straight to subscribed threads (I have this bookmarked) to check for activity on threads I've posted to. Similarly there is my threads, for those you've started.

Notifications are coming in the next release of Misago. Our own mods are proceeding quite quickly, but that one needs to wait for the full release.

thats not the rest of it. i have other members quoting me in posts and editing my posts in the quote, so it looks like i wrote them. i was wondering why so many of my posts have been replied to with quotes that i haven't even written. and apparently it is acceptable to do so 🤨

Donald, if you are referring to me only quoting this portion of your post: "theres alot of action on these forums compared to others now.", it is because that is the specific part of your post I was responding to.
One of my biggest pet peeves at the old DPR was people quoting entire conversations from multiple members, while only actually responding to one particular sentence or part of a sentence from a single member.
In the interest of keeping threads as uncluttered and intelligible as possible, I will omit anything from a quote that I am not directly responding to.
