The de Young Museum in San Francisco has an extensive collection of Ansel Adams prints right now (hundreds!). I took my XE4 and 18-55 with me and shot these around the outside after the inspirational visit. The museum allows you to take photos of the exhibit, too.

Very nice. And a kit lens is absolutely fine; it's the shooter not the gear that mostly matters.

This exhibit has been traveling for years and is a delight to view. I've spent a lot of time looking at his compositions and he has an amazing eye. Most of his work was done before he learned formal composition from his students, something that I feel was not good for his work. I love his quote "I only go out when there is weather."
