I finally found the time to cut a video from the footage I recorded on my trip to Antarctica end of January this year. I'd be happy if you guys can give me some feedback on it:

Nice! I really liked the out/in/out shot of the stateroom and the penguins. Only suggestion that comes to mind is a bit more consistency in brightness and contrast.
    Good work!

Wow, looks like a you had a fantastic trip! Loved the music you chose for the "penguin walk". I think using a bit of image stabilization in your video editor would have helped for some of the shots - doesn't have to be rock steady but a bit less jumpy would be nice, IMHO.

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

About stabilisation, I used the Sony 100-400 a lot, which when OSS is active disables the metadata for stabilisation with gyroflow. I played a bit in Davinci Resolve but the results weren't amazing... I'll look into this again though.

The consistent brightness contrast, well noted too, I have no excuse other than lack of skills - I am using the best color grading tool after all ;)

I've taken a bit of a shine to using the tracker node followed by a transform node in Fusion to stabilize things. It requires more work and a basic understanding of how to set up nodes in Fusion, but it gives you 100% control over everything.
