Hi,
I have a 645D with several 645 lenses and a couple 67 lenses plus the Pentax adapter.
I have been waiting for Pentax to pop out a 100 MP version, but I appear to just be growing old! ;)

Me! with my Pentax 645D 🖐🏿
...this kinda counts...
I use the glass, Pentax-A 645 35mm, 75mm and 120mm lenses on my GFX
though for years I've been on the verge of convincing myself to buy a 645Z (actually since it's launch), but then went GFX. Even now I'm still asking myself get a 645Z!! - if anything for the OVF.
I just been comparing my Pentax-A 645 75mm with the Fujifilm GF 32-64 @64mm, the results are not a million miles apart, the Pentax prime maybe a tad better. The GF 32-64mm has more field curvature for sure, and the Pentax 645 75mm more contrast (expected of a prime, though may be not an old un). So the Pentax manual-focus glass does still stand up on a GFX, I'll be using it more.
Pentax-A 645 lenses are still relevant. For sure in a studio situation - product photography, where you need fixed focus over many shots (adjusting lights for a blend) GF glass is not ideal - focus can move betwen shots. With a Pentax-A mounted, I'm sure all is consistent.
Hi,
The only Pentax lens I still have is the SMC Pentax-A 645 120mm Macro which I use on my GFX 100S. I used several Pentax 645Ns and 67 film cameras in the past. I've never used Pentax MF digital cameras.
One of the things that I think is good about an "umbrella" MF forum is that it promotes talk and use of MF cameras - in general. I'm much more interested in the photography of MF than the gear of MF. Meaning seeing all kinds of images rather than focus discussion on the differences of one brand vs another.
Many of us are here from DPReview which was a gear-oriented site. I'm sure that discussion of gear and differences of brands will continue to a great extent.
It will be interesting to see how this forum develops.
