Background and text colour

Hello.
Hoping my very first post to the forum, makes the connection. Have to say, the black text on a snow-white background, hurts my eyes. (I used the black background with the yellow text on DPReview). That was very comfortable viewing over long periods. Haven’t seen an option to change this, but still exploring the site. Apologies, if I should have posted this thought somewhere else.
