First time I have ever got this one in flight - like so many species they just don't hover long enough to frame and focus.
Perhaps it was the low light made him less active and ss suffered as a result. I wasn't onto it - could have raised ISO a notch or two...
Well caught. I've tried many times in Turkey to catch one in flight, but never ever succeeded.
