    This is a much photographed large sea stack just off of the Scottish coast. I visit every January to clear my head from the rigours of a Scottish New Year. The very high tide has hidden most of the surrounding rocks leaving the rock surrounded by the stormy sea driven by the 50 - 60mph wind. A 25s exposure, Nikon D810, Nikon 16-35 @ 35mm, ISO 200. Ken

    Great image - I also like such peculiar rock formations.
    Also glad to see you here, as well as other DPR's landscape forum members.

    Hi Michael, nice to see some old "friends". I am waiting for the first "what lenses should I bring to........" post. My problem is I can't remember what I have previously posted, senior problem. Look forward to seeing more of your images. Ken
