A couple of suggestions to improve usability.
The Reply button under each post should be called something along the lines of “Quote” or “Reply with Quote”.
After clicking Edit, the Edit button should be called “Save Changes” or “Save Edit”.
Thoughts?
The "Reply" button quotes your entire post.
I highlighted just a portion of your post, then a "Quote" button appeared under the highlighted portion. I hit that "Quote" button to create this reply.
I suppose if I didn't want to quote anything from your post, I could just delete the code in the editor box.
It's different from DPReview, but all the forums I've been on all work a bit differently.
One of the main principals of usability is that button labels should accurately describe their purpose. We have two identically named Reply buttons which don’t do identical things.
Ahh...I see your point. A few days ago, I posted a complaint about the "Disabled" button :D
I will ask the developers if that is possible.
