Capture One does not load manufacturers lens profile

I have a problem that has just started to happen with Capture One 23.

Before with my Z7, C1 would automatically read the lens profile embedded in the Raw file for my 14-30 and 24-200, and apply the corrections. Now for some reason the program tells me it is using the manufacturers profile, but my pictures show up in C1 distorted due to the missing lens profile.

Any ideas anybody?

set as default ?

It shows as set as default, but I think the problem is that it is not reading the Raw file properly.
