I know many have had bad experiences with copy variation on that lens, but I got one with a 6-months warranty for an acceptable amount of money, and so far it is proving to be quite useful for the price. Of course I have to pay the price in ISO speeds when the light just isn't there, but the alternative is not taking the shot (or paying a much larger amount of money), so I count it as a win anyway. Its field of view at 300mm is equivalent to my Tamron 18-400mm at 400 on APS-C, but the IBIS offers better stabilization and the IQ is better on the olympus in my experience.
