    The biggest problem was squeezing the image to under 4 MB - 20 MB looked better...

    A nice result David. I use focus stacking frequently for flowers. If you are concerned about the upload size I think the only option currently is to have your images hosted on another platform and link them in the post here. I have seen that done with a couple of images hosted on Flicker.
