    Here are a few FZ2500 pics from the Cocoa Beach airshow over the weekend. I'm not a huge fan of beach shows (too many people & tents/umbrellas/canopies), plus blowing sand (not this time) and spray. The best part of the show was the A-10 demo with flares & a pair of E/A-18G Growlers.

    Thanks! The bad news, for me, is that my airshow season is over until late October. Oh well. There are a couple shows coming up on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami (Memorial Day weekend), but I'm not going to bother going to either.

    Great captures! In the 1st one the refueling cables are just for effect or were they actually trying to catch them with the copters? That must be a very tricky maneuver. Thanks for sharing!

    Thanks for the compliment. It was a simulated refueling for showing off the capabilities of the 920th Rescue Wing. Still cool to see in person, and I can't imagine the practice and skill it takes for both the refueler and the refuelee.
