That's a fine series. In 1 I particularly like the grouping of heads with their eyes all down to the table and contents.
2 lets us share what is on the table and again there is some direction to the table from the wonderful hand.
3. The umbrella conveys the exchange of views by connecting the men while suggesting that a point is being made. On the left balance is provided by the heaters picking up something of the forms of the men on the right. -
