about 20 degs towards magenta and about 70% saturation (HSV) - such a difference from the classic in-your-face red rose (not yours, Arvo) ...

P.s: The deeply saturated colours still require very very careful preparation for photographic work with the Sigma DP1x. Though the colour balance has improved quite a bit over the DP2s.
I am inclined to comment that this camera requires another new learning curve 😃
