Current page in Thread Indicator and Jump to Page Functionality

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if it is possible to include the page number of a thread that one is viewing alongside the navigation buttons?
    Also perhaps a jump to page edit box?

    Sometimes one may reply to a post buried in a long thread, get taken to the end of the thread (as expected) and then have to individually click the previous page link numerous times to go back to the original position in the thread (waiting for each page to load and not necessarily knowing if one has got to the original page, requiring a scroll down to check).

    If threaded view is still on the cards and the above will be part of it, please ignore...

    Link to the parent post is planned (this is required for threaded view anyway) - this way you could just click to navigate to replied post, no page numbers needed.

    Technically you can currently see page number at the end of page url (/2, /3 etc), at least on desktop.

    Yes I understand that. How is the threaded implementation progressing?

    Ah nice, I see that and will make use of it.

    From what I know, Bob is currently out for some time, thereby development is a bit stalled - threaded view is his project. It will come eventually, this I'm sure about :)
