At some point, might it be worthwhile to delete the many test posts, especially now that reply appears to be fixed? Or move them to a test forum. Or just wait until they are overwhelmed by more useful posts in the ordinary course?
If register and reply are now actually working, might it be worthwhile to post a sticky to that effect?
Obviously ignore if this is inappropriate or too much work for little benefit.
