No, I started my collection in 1973, with a Pixie from 1949
It was a gift from an old aunt who started the process 😎
And it's been going on for 50 years (1973-2023) 😱

I just asked my mom and she says she has never seen one of these before. I know my dad had Nikon F501 so he probably never used these kind of cameras either. Disposable camera is a weird concept.

Not so strange. The disposable camera was very useful, to help out a photographer, ho had forgotten his camera.
It was the Smartphone of the '90s 😄

90s, eh? I probably should have seen these cameras before, but maybe I just forgot. I remember seeing some people use polaroid cameras. Those were kinda like smartphones with the instant results.

    A not-so disposable 110 SLR - the Minolta 110 Zoom. Hopelessly over-engineered for a camera which takes mass-produced plastic cartridges. c1976

They were sent back to the manufacturer for unloading and processing. I think they were refilled and re-used…
