Yep with the pannie 100-400 and he wanted a separate m4/3 forum for Panasonic. Probably for his G9.

What. He puts a Panasonic lens on an Olympus. Shock. Horror. Combining brands!!!! They will be wanting to merge the forums next. ;-) ;-)

Well he wanted them separated so he could just go into the m4/3 forum, so no arguments put it that way. He got his wish.

I assume we are joking about his DPReview post.

He wrote at the end of his post:-
I hope my DPR friends will join me on the m4/3s bit and let the isolationist go their own way.

I read this as being he was happy with m43rds combined not that he wanted a separate forum for Panasonic.

Just in case anyone should misunderstand my tongue in cheek posts, I feel the current situation will work well and wrote on DPReview:-

"It is a very clever solution.
Due to the way the structure is presented you can see all the m43rds +OlySLR threads or just select the branch you require."

He is happy with with the m4/3 part. It was his way of saying, other members can stop complaining. I posted in his thread he got his wish 😉

I am going to give up joking on forums. It is hard work to make sure you don't get the wrong end of the stick. :-)
