I don't understand how someone could start a petition begging (hello!) Amazon not to close DPReview. Much less those who still post on a forum that was announced by none less than Amazon to be closing 1 week ago. The team here has done a great job in a short time - I advocate that that should be honoured sooner than later.

The DPRevived team doesn't want DPReview to close either. But they quickly created it as a great alternative if DPReview closes, while it is still possible to communicate with DPReview members, which is what the petition creater had in mind too. The more people that sign the petition and also sign up for DPRevived, the better.

Nice to see. I don’t think the petition will change anything for DPReview…nor do I care any longer. Wonderful to see this site promoted though.
