This error(notice) happened when using the search engine option while on the subscribed threads page/option and using "cat" (without the quotes) for a searchphrase (also happened when using cats for searchphrase). A little bug perhaps but a bug nevertheless as there are threadtitles as well as threadposts containing the very word.

'Unknown error has occurred' is the catchall error message. We know that the onsite search is a bit buggy. There are options to choose different search engines, which we might try at some stage.

Same issue for me. The only way to get anything out of search right now is to type but one single letter in it, then click the link at the bottom of the drop down for the full "Users" results page, which also never goes beyond 16 results. Thread search seems broken entirely.

Thanks. I'll update the bug list with this info.

It's possible that the search function is looking for one sort of data structure and we have another. I know the developers have been updating things.

Just noticed that search once again is working as intended. Thanks to all involved in sorting it!

Sorry - I meant to post here that the bug had been found and fixed - about an hour after I reported it (thank you Martin).
