The frame is about 1,5 mm wide. Only 26 frames stacked to obtain this "effect".

I'm not a biologist, but it seems to be Clogmia Albipunctata.
Because some specimens are very small and have many fine details, I use them to test different solutions for magnifications greater than 5:1.😀

Despite seeing your note about scale I automatically made it bigger in my head when it reality it’s really tiny
also interesting to note that each description listed in google used a different “common name” than I had time to read
