I can see all the thumbnails for 1000 or so RAF files. When I select 4 to compare and cull, I just get 4 greyed out screens, no image content of any sort.
Any idea?

some viewers don't like RAF files ...
Do you have it set to review the embedded JPEG or set to covert the raw?
