I posted this information in another thread, but am now posting it here as a feature request.
I've been testing my ability to view exif data in images posted to the site. I've noticed that camera data is not included in image exif data. It seems to be stripped from files on upload.
I've uploaded my own files in which I am sure the camera data exists, and looked at a variety of files posted by others.
Image data such as size, type, color space, date are included, but the camera type and exposure information are missing. Is there a reason this information doesn't get preserved? Can this omission be corrected?
