Something has gone awry. Several times today, when I clicked on the blue square to the left of a thread in the thread list, it brought me to the first post in the thread.

I've been getting that too. I have mentioned it to Martin but it's really hard to reproduce.
It's possibly something to do with editing a post which confuses the 'last read' pointer. But maybe something else?
