    Yes, almost Olmec or Toltec.

    This photograph was taken at Magnolia Gardens near Charleston, South Carolina. It is the site of a plantation from 1676. The gardens were started in the 1840's. So, this may be a statue dating from that time. But, I do not think so. It could be a newer concrete version that has aged in the heat and humidity of South Carolina in just a few decades.

    You can find these statues throughout the gardens.
