On my Z9 Focus Peaking works as expected on both my native Z mount lenses and AF-S lenses via the FTZ2 when in manual focus mode.
With the Native Z lenses, when I switch to AF-C Focus Peaking disappears, and reappears if I manually focus the lens by rotating the focus collar. However, to my surprise, my AF-S lenses via the FTZ2 when in the same configuration, of AF-C mode, and manually rotate the focus collar I don't get any Focus Peaking. Is this normal? I having trouble believing that I haven't noticed this difference between Z lenses and FTZ2 mounted lenses until today. I'm seeing the same behavior on both the 200-500 AF-S, and the 70-200 F2.8 AF-S but on all my Z lenses I get the focus peaking in AF-C mode when I manually override the focus and rotate the focus collar.
Thanks,
Roland.
