Installed V2.0 firmware and see that this is a minor update given the jump in firmware version.

I know there had been discussions about an improvement in AF performance as per the XH2s upgrade, so I was wondering if this is still in the works and when we are likely to see it.

This release is primarily about Adobe frame.io support (with the FT grip), otherwise it’s fairly minor fixes.

The only folks who truly know what’s coming in future firmware and when are deep within Fuji.

Yeah, this update is pretty... underwhelming for such a big versioning jump, to say the least. I generally don't bother updating for diminutive crap like this, since there always is a non-zero chance of something going wrong in the process. Better to let the minor bug fixes accumulate for a little bit.

H2 owner here! May this website grow and prosper! 21 years with DPReview and poof! Back to the subject: I'm really disappointed. I saw the word, firmware, and X-H2 and got excited... for nought. I still have my fingers crossed!

I'll take any updates they give me, but as it is, I have no complaints or true needs for the X-H2 I use AF-C / Tracking almost 100% of the time (even for static subjects) because it's been that reliable for me.

Only thing I'd like as an additional feature is the option to reset the exposure comp to 0 when you turn the camera off (like Nikon does). I don't use/don't care about the physical dial for exposure comp. I use the rear dial since I'm almost always in Aperture priority mode (I use front dial for aperture, not the ring on the lens).
