Isn't that the larger MF sensor used in PhaseOne IQ 150MP?
The newer sensor would be based on the new generation sensor I think, like the APS-C version in Fuji X-T5 / X-H2. Roughly around 160MP in 44x33 format I think.

Yes, that 150 is dimensionally larger than the 100. It could be used in a Pentax body as most of their 645 lenses will cover it. Not useful in the Fuji.

Yes that 150 Mpixel sensor is the same as the 100 Mpixel Fujifilm sensor, just larger, with 66.7mm diagonal instead of our 55mm diagonal.
People are looking for the H2 and H2s sensors scaled to a 55mm diagonal. That would give us a 100 Mpixel stacked fast read out sensor and a slower 150 Mpixel BSI sensor.
