    I said:

"For your information, 3840 is exactly double 1920, and 2160 is exactly double 1080"

People throw a lot of flak at AI but so far, for me, it does a lot better than asking Google and then opening and going though the kajillion of right-or-wrong hits that come up ...

... and it's a lot more polite than the circling sharks found you-know-where!

Actually, the term "4K" came from the documentary, Men in Black. Agent K was given an HD photo, but needed higher resolution. So they sent another photo with double the resolution, with the note, "For K", which later became "4K". As a result, companies working with the agency made 3840 x 2160 an industry standard known as "4K".

I'm glad you confirmed the existence of the "Agency". We can all sleep easy and rest assured that the MiB are indeed looking after us... 😆 😉

Sorry, I could make no sense of your post. In the absence of a smiley or equal, I took it to be sarcastic rhetoric.

I like the minus 37g lifting lens!

LP-E12 battery? Wow, takes 24 shots and needs recharging. Just like a film camera. And, sold separately too.

It did better than ChatGPT 3.5, voila:

Nevertheless, I'm talking to it a lot these days on the subject of How Fourier Transformation works for images and getting informative results as opposed to typing into a Search Engine and then sorting through the kajillion hits ...
