I was surprised to discover that the owl nest had moved and even more surprised that the parents chose a very busy location in a New York City Park, just a few feet off of a very popular paved walk. Friends tell me that the two owlets fell out of the original nest about a week ago and the parents moved them to this nest. It is about 50 feet up and there are a lot of branches and now leaves in the area making it very hard to get a clean photo. The first photo is a crop to versicle and some off the top and bottom with my Nikon 500 PF on Fuji X-H2s APS-C body and taken from about 50 feet from the nest. The other two were taken from about 100 feet and I've added my 1.7x Nikon TC. These were cropped and processed to remove distractions.
