I can't tell from that website if they are the manufacturer.

Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, P. R. China?

No it's not. But I can see this ones a bit tricky so I can say the city is one of the larger, not the capital city, cities in Jiangsu Province and the lake is a very large lake.

Remember, I am asking for the city and name of the lake.

ok......I can see this was a pretty tough one and I think it has gone on for long enough.

The fountain is on Lake Lihu, Wuxi, China.

    Clue:
It’s said that, nearly 100 years ago, a famous American author described this area as an angler’s El Dorado.

Here is a link to the book online: gutenberg.net.au/ebooks06/0608281h.html

I read a paragraph or two here and there and was already immersed in a tale. Wonderful writing style not seen, or rarely seen, today...

Yes Bryan, a 4m-tall marlin statue on the wharf at Paihia, Bay of Islands, NZ.

Zane Grey was a prolific author and had 112 films adapted from his novels. His passion for fishing saw him make a number of visits to the popular Bay of Islands area in NZ, between 1926 and 1933.

Interesting. When we lived in Germany, my spouse worked for SAP. There was a large Heidelberger factory building nearby. This, apparently, was their first effort.

And from all reports it was a veritable workhorse.

No guess Hans, spot on. A very interesting museum (even if the company is about tobacco products), full of their old machinery and period artifacts.

@DannoB - From my paragliding years around Bright I'd say that pano is from the lookout on the NE side of Mt Buffalo, facing Porepunkah airfield, below.
