How about Carcoar, New South Wales Brian? I stopped there for lunch on my return motorcycle trip from Sydney to Perth in 1993.
I've been out of circulation on GTP for 12 months or so. Looking to be more active.
Nothing to post at the moment so if correct, a Free Turn..

    A little background.

Ok, just to fill in briefly... I anticipate this one should be pretty easy. :-)

The foliage suggests it's not the one in New York. Not sure if it's the Pont de Grenelle one in Paris or one of several other replicas.

Indeed, it is not the one in New York. :-)

    Also not Paris.

This is an old picture so the trees seen here may not be something you can still find. Nonetheless, if you were to simply guess at one of the possibilities, I think your odds would be good.

I thought the replica in Las Vegas might be a possibility, perhaps taken from the south of Tropicana Avenue near the Excalibur North Train Station. I couldn’t find a spot with the right foliage though, so that might be way off.

You are in fact exactly correct! This picture is from I think 1999 so the trees have changed a fair bit.

This was actually taken from more or less in from of the Excalibur, not the other corner from the Tropicana (but close enough). Here's a less cropped version where you can see part of the New York New York roof line.

This one is especially easy because the EXIF data includes GPS coordinates, just FYI... and that's some funky color processing going on there. :)

Doh!!! 😖 yeah from my phone....

If you mean her arms, evidently the camera brackets a few photos and got it wrong. Otherwise, the pic was overexposed so I wound back highlights and boosted contrast and saturation - too much?

Oh sorry -- mostly the figure that appears double exposed, but with one exposure in black and white and the other in color in an odd looking combination. That was the main "funky" part, but otherwise I do think the saturation is a bit too high, most noticeable in the three colored buckets on the ground in the center. Also somewhat in the bubbles, and in the reds throughout. If you want to keep the strong colors but look a bit less blown out you could try leaving the saturation up and bringing down the luminance in those channels instead, perhaps selectively with some masking, though I don't know if a cell phone picture will have enough headroom to make that work.

    Clue:
We are in a European city that has long been a tourist destination and at one end of the bridge we find a famous theater that offers opera, drama, dance and more.
