Fixed it for you! When you do the upload, look at the grey box on the lower left. When it’s finished showing the progress of the upload, you’ll see a black box and a grey cross. Click in the box and a chunk of meaningless code will appear in you post. This time, when you post the message, the image will be embedded.

Also, if you add an "Enter" before your text, it'll appear below the picture instead of next to it. Agree. Nice waterfall
