Google has continually updated its Snapseed for iOS (v3.15.1 almost 2 years).
Go However Snapseed for Android (May 2024) is behind their iOS version.

I like to import a RAW file from my camera to my tablet. Touch it up a little bit in Snapseed. Convert it from RAW to jpg using an app called RAW Converter, and use an app called Photo Resizer, downsize it to a manageable size file.
They're all simple, easy to use and free.Steve Thomas
