Long time iPhone user here. I recently gave my iPad to my granddaughter and just use a MacBook Air along with the iPhone. I've sold all of my other camera gear and shoot exclusively with iPhone 14 Pro now.
iPhone 14 pro max is becoming my “primary” camera for this year…. Partly an experiment, partly a foregone conclusion.
All images from iPhone (or Fuji: long glass for birding) are ingested into LRM on my ipad 12” pro and processed, often completely, on it. Absolutely love using it and an Apple Pencil for processing. When occasionally needed, images sync-through to my MBP and are “finished up” there in LRC.
