Yes I too got the registration error message but it seems to have registered me ok.

Problem is that since there is no email verification an evil person could register any number of accounts with other people's email or fake ones.
If notifications start to go off to people that haven't registered here it could in worst case result in the domain being blacklisted. I think signup should be disabled until this is solved. 🙁

i've had that error, too. But it's working now, even bob wrote me yesterday, that silly "unknown error occured" is being fixed.
It does look so. :-) I am missing urgently a dark mode here, like DPR! My eyes...
