Yes it's an osprey platform and the first sticks placed on the platform were placed there by man. The birds bring in more as well as grass to pad the nest. There is a black bag blowing in the wind and the osprey have learned to fill bags with grass and use the bag to bring the grass to the nest.

Really! I’m shocked at that, glad to see animals evolving to use human waste, but shame they find it in the first place
