I’ve attempted to PM someone in the forum, let’s say. How does one go about doing this and seeing the whole PM thread?

You can start from their profile page, and clicking the “message” button, and then the threads started are under your account icon in the top right corner, click on that and then “private threads”.

You can go to Private Threads in your account and click Start Thread.
You can have multiple members in the private thread by separating their names with a comma.
To delete a thread from your private threads list, click on your name in the participants list and then select remove from thread or the option to that effect.
