Hey Y'all, There is too much ageism out there in the world. Take it from me an old photogrher with a gray beard! I am 79, and my wife of 54 years is 72 and we both still work full-time at our studio.
Here's the deal. I m 79 but my lovely wife says I behave lkie 16 and act like a 5-year-old at times (whic is handy when I photograph little kids, they find my silliness very entertaining.
I still go to my weekly Judo class, work a full day, and do lots of industrial photography on construction sites where climbing ladders and such is routine. Don't worry, after a hot shower and a good night's sleep the pains and aches subside.
No booze, no junk food and no smokes help! No pot!
Age is just a number!
I have friends that are yog that me and are bus planning ther funerals. It's depressngand morbid! I just tell you that I am my own tombstone in the shape of a camera with this inscription. "I told yoy I was sick", It always gets a laugh!

Well, our daughter shot a picture of Mom Mom & Pop in the office at the studio and retouched the hell of ME. My wife actually looks like that but my real face looks like a relief map of the Himalayas. One day, I'll post my portrat take with my sharpest lens inmy monochromatic/orthochromatic effect- guaranteed- it will scare the evil spirits away from this forum!
