    Hi!

I have been searching for the answer to my question, but haven't figured out what kind of procedure is needed to make profiles for Capture One.

Just to clarify, I mean with a profile a style that kind of nullifies all the settings and sliders so that one can start making adjustments for the style from "zero".

in the top right corner of the tool boxes you will find options "set as default". not in all tools, but in the necessary ones. dial in your adjustments and set that as default.
other way would be to save a "style" with all the settings you like to apply. here. also possible to apply when importing...

Thanks. But this is not what I meant. I want to make a shareable style, but it would not "show" the settings but show them as "zero", while they still have adjustments beneath the hood.

to my knowledge this isnt possible to do in capture one. why you want to share something but hide the essence ?
    .
create a "style", apply said style to a layer. this will be on top of your "zero"-base. so you get zero in the base readings, but the layer with the style will manipulate the output.
