I tend to only follow the main Fujifilm camera topic as that included all the subtopics. How do I mark this topic read?

A thread is only marked as read if you've scrolled past each post in the thread (and on each page, if it's a multi-page discussion). You can't (currently) mark as read yourself.

you should be able to mark a complete thread read with the last update.
