Things happen really fast here at dprevived. Just this morning I was involved in a discussion of whether or not there should be a dedicated Pet Photography forum. AlanSh suggested we give it a go. Thanks Alan! The least I can do is contribute a post.
I have found that pet photography is not only fun but also quite helpful for keeping baseline photographic skills up during those times when life is to busy to go on photo jaunts. The attached photo is of my wonderful retriever Sophie who was something of a natural in front of the camera. She passed away last year but I have many memorable photos to remember her by.
Please feel free to post your pet photos either by responding to this thread or starting a new one. We never had a Pet forum at DPR. Let's make the best of it!
