Introductions

Well I thought I'd check out this new forum and see if any other L-mount users make their way over here from the original DPR.

I am here.
Sad to lose the other but happy to see this.
It is only as good as we make it.

Most of the DPR L-mount users have gone to another place: l-mount-forum.com/community

That forum was already in existence although it didn't have a lot of activity. One of the DPR L-mount forum members suggested it and that's where most regulars went. This happened before the DPRevived forums had been created.

Due to the brands involved, there was always overlap in users between Sigma, Leica and L-mount forums at the old DPR. Would be sad to lose that, so I hope to see some more L-mount users here too.

I almost dismissed this site because I was looking for L-Mount in the top level category list. It took a while before I noticed it lumped under "Other" - with a few dead brands.

I'm here from DPR - the l-mount place is a bit too specific for me (even though I am committed to the S1R).

I'm here to see what goes on. To see how many Sigma FP people show up. On the old DPReview the L-mount forum was take over mostly by Panasonic people. Not much fun. I hope here's different.
