After the update I notice I'm taken to the start of the thread after posting. I don't think there is a user setting for that?

It happened twice to me, >>but the jump is at the top of the page<<,
not at the thread start, if it's a multipage thread.
( I didn't care on the spot - I just thought it was a fun behavior, my fault or so )
I've noticed that too. It is possibly because I've moved new posts/threads into the forum and you then post a reply. Try adding another reply to one you've already posted into in the last 24 hours and see what happens.
If I am right, it will settle down in time. If not, I will take it up with Martin & Bob.
Alan
I actually already did. I made two posts after each other and was taken to the start of the thread (not the page) each time.
Yeah.Give it some time. It isn't crucial - as long as it's temporary. 😉
Hmm. Maybe it's something fishy with that specific thread or sub forum. It's this one: dprevived.com/t/what-are-your-biggest-inspirationsmotivation-boosts/4292/ .
I noticed the clicking the link to the last post (the rightmost column on the overview page) takes me to the first post, not the last. But it seems to work with other threads that I tried randomly from the Threads view.
Didn’t seem to happen when I replied to you there
From an iPhone BTW
Strange
I'm on PC, tried twice the same thread.
Nothing strange happens
OK, it seems the problem solved itself - or Alan did some magic. The link to the last posts works now, so I made a test post and was not taken to the first post in the thread. 👍
Alan, if you want and can be bothered you can delete my test post.

I didn't do anything. Martin said he's have a look at the code and maybe fixed something, but it's probably because I combined threads when moving stuff around and therefore it's not sure where the 'last read' is until you've been in to that thread more than once.
It may happen on other threads (if I am right), but it should settle down.
