Just discovered what the oldest "Sony" product is 🤷‍♂️

And having worked for Sony and been to Japan many many times I am told by those in the know that it was a very poor rice cooker. 😮
Luckily they decided to diversify.

To be fair, in 1946 they were still reeling from WWII - it's amazing that they were able to launch a product at all in those times.
